Our team is highly organized, proactive, and deeply involved in every phase of your project. We maintain a strong site presence, coordinating trades, checking workmanship, and ensuring fine details are executed to our standards. This level of coordination translates into a smoother build process with fewer mistakes and a higher quality product, resulting in a better experience for our clients. Transparency is a cornerstone of how we operate. Every client receives a secure login to our builder portal, which shows real-time financials for your project. You can see:

  • The original budget and any revised budgets if changes are made.
  • Actual costs as they occur, including what we’ve paid subcontractors.
  • Invoices issued, what’s been paid, and what remains outstanding.
  • Allowances and how your selections compare against them.

All owner invoices are processed directly through this portal as well, so you can easily make payments in one place. You can log in whenever you’d like, or choose to receive update notifications. This isn’t a polished summary, these are our actual accounting numbers in real time. Few builders offer this level of openness.


Both the owner of the company and your dedicated superintendent/project manager are actively involved. Sometimes both are on site; other times one or the other, depending on the phase of work.

We are there to:

  • Answer questions before they even come up.
  • Check progress against plans and our standards.
  • Make sure every detail is executed correctly.
  • Quality control. 

We are known for maintaining a strong and consistent presence. That involvement keeps projects moving smoothly and ensures small issues never turn into costly delays.


We’ve built strong relationships with Central Florida’s top trades by being fair, organized, and respectful of their time. We pay subcontractors quickly (often the next day) and keep our job sites well-coordinated so they can work efficiently. That reputation means we get priority, higher-quality crews, and smoother scheduling — which directly benefits our clients.


We work under a cost-plus contract structure. Instead of a lump-sum number padded with contingencies, you pay the actual cost of labor and materials plus our builder’s fee. This ensures:

  • Full transparency into costs.
  • Flexibility to make design and finish changes, without inflated change order fees.
  • A partnership approach where our interests are aligned with yours.

Residential construction always involves variables, but we pride ourselves on being proactive with scheduling. We coordinate with subcontractors weeks or months in advance, rather than waiting until we’re ready and then finding out a trade is booked several weeks out. That means you won’t see our projects sitting idle for weeks waiting on trades. We’re constantly communicating with subs, adjusting as needed, and keeping the schedule as tight as possible.


Selections can be overwhelming in a custom build, which is why we guide you through a detailed selections process. Whether you’re working with one of our interior designers or picking out materials directly with our vendors, we provide a step-by-step structure so you never feel lost. We have strong relationships with local vendors, which makes a much more efficient selections process! 


Yes, we provide comprehensive design services. That means we can take your project from concept to completion under one roof. We partner with trusted architects, engineers, and interior designers, but everything runs directly through us – so you’ll have a single point of contact and a seamless process from start to finish. Ideally, clients come to us before design begins so we can align plans with budget and construction feasibility from the start. However, if you already have plans, we can still step in as your builder and guide you through the rest of the process. Read our article about our Design-Build process. 


We specialize in new construction custom homes, as well as large-scale additions and renovations. Our work is focused on the custom residential market in Central Florida, though we also do commercial projects as well. 


We build throughout Central Florida, generally within a 45-minute radius of Orlando. This includes neighborhoods like Winter Park, Windermere, Lake Nona, Lake Conway, College Park, Dr. Phillips, Maitland, Delaney Park, Altamonte Springs, Alafaya, and surrounding areas.


Our approach to project management is based on transparency and communication. We keep our clients informed throughout the construction process and work closely with them to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
